Monthly Pay-As-You-Go

This table illustrates the usage costs of CRM Suite, when you select the Monthly Pay-As-You-Go pricing plan.   If you would like to build a use case, we offer the Monthly Pay-As-You-Go or "PAYGo" plan, where you will be charged a base subscription and for every transaction (run report, send email, provide access, refresh system inventory, access online help or document storage via web link) you complete you will be charged and each report size impacts the charge for each transaction.

Examples of how usage works (current pricing may not be reflected in these examples):

Monthly Subscription: $499.99 + Usage

Usage Breakdown:
Report Run/TR:  $1.60
Report Run/MB:  $0.99
* Example:  1, 10 MB Report.
   Math: (1*10MB*.99=9.90) + 1.60 = $11.50

Email Sent/TR:  $0.20
Email Sent/MB:  $0.10
* Example:  10 Email Recipients sent with 1, 10MB Report attached.
   Math: (10 Recipients*.20 = $2.00) + (10MB Report*.10=$1.00) = $3.00

Web Access/TR:  $0.20
Web Access/MB:  $0.10
* Example:  1 Web Access Individual, provided access to view 1, 10MB Report; that person views the report 10 times.
   Math: (.20 * 10 views = $2.00) + (.10 * 10MB = $1.00*10 views = $10.00) = $12.00

History Storage/MB:  $0.10
* Example: Month 1, you archive a total of 10MB of reports.
   Math: 10MB of Storage * .10 = $1.00

Month 2, you archive another 10MB.
   Math: Month 1 & Month 2 = 20MB or $2.00

DOC Inventory Refresh:  $49.99
* Example: Your system has 1 language activated and you refresh once.
  Math:  1 Language * 1 Refresh * $49.99 = $49.99

DOC CRM Usage/TR:  $0.10
* Example: A CRMOD end-user, clicks on a web link in CRMOD, and views online help once.
   Math:  1 click & .10 = $0.10

Prepay Plans
Prepay plans are available through either a monthly subscription, if paying by credit card, or a annual subscription, for those who wish to issue a check for payment.  These plans include: (1) the base subscription, (2) unlimited document storage and access, (3) unlimited report history storage and access, and (4) four system inventory refreshes each year.  Annual subscribers also have access to the system inventory download feature, and they lock in pricing for a year unlike the monthly plans which are subject to change.

To sign up for a prepay plan, you simply select the report bundle that works for you, and you can upgrade at any time.

Report Bundles
Report Bundles are available in a variety of combinations of report runs and access, to suit your needs.

Report Run/MB Column:  Available with 50, 100, 200, or 400 runs or MB; each number, represents the total number of reports you will run during a given month or the total size of those reports in aggregate.  If you selected a bundle with "50 Report Runs/MB" that means that you will use 50 or fewer report runs each month, or that your aggregate report runs during a given month will not exceed 50MB in size; whichever occurs first triggers the limit.

Example 1:
1 monthly, 2 weekly, and 2 daily reports run during the business week (20 days) would mean you run an average of 49 reports a month.
OR   Example 2:
1 50 MB report, run once a month

Access Column:  Access is used to describe any time a report is distributed via email to an individual, or accessed by an individual online, via our solution; any time it`s viewed or emailed. There is no charge to log into our solution.

Example 1:
You email a single report to 10 people, once a week, translates to 40 reports being "accessed" during the month.
OR   Example 2:
You provide web access to a single individual, to view a single monthly report; that individual proceeds to log in and view that report 10 times during a single month, translates to 10 views or "accesses."

With the above examples, you would be best suited to a 50 / 200 Bundle, the lowest tier of usage.

Monthly Column:  Monthly charges for each bundle.

Yearly Column: Yearly charges for each bundle.

* A yearly subscription that is cancelled before the subscription has concluded, will be refunded the balance of the unused months left on the subscription.  The months used, will be recalculated using the standard monthly subscription pricing of $499.99/month plus usage, and a cancellation fee of $200 to process the refund will be assessed.
Usage Calculator

The usage calculator takes the information you provide about how you intend to use the system for reporting, and calculates how much it would cost you for each of the pricing options available, so you can more easily find the right plan for you.

If you`ve been using your CRMOD system for a while, you may have this information at your finger tips and can get a pretty accurate estimate of what your costs will be.  Keep in mind that most people will not load all their reports on day one of using CRMRepos, meaning the calculator will produce numbers that show your costs for once you`ve got everything completely setup to match the usage levels you enter into the calculator.

If you just started using your CRMOD system and/or aren`t sure what to enter, or you just need a ball park figure - you`ll notice just under the title, you can see the red words `Small, Medium, Large`.  If you think you run a `small` number of reports and circulate them to only a few people -- click the word `Small` and the usage calculator will auto-populate numbers that reflect what our smaller system users average.  Once you`ve done that, you can tweak any of the fields to make the adjustments you want, before you click the `submit` button.

Frequency:  The `Frequency` column helps us ‘group’ reports by how often a report is run during the average month.  Each row is identified as either: monthly (once a month), bi-monthly (twice a month), weekly (four times a month) or daily reports (20 times a month) reports.  We also give you the option to include those `manually` run reports.

# of Reports:  In this column, for each `type` of report (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.,), enter the average number of times you will actually run this type of report during a given month; since manually run reports aren`t scheduled, you don`t need to enter anything in that field.

Example:  If you run 2 different daily reports throughout the month, enter a `2` in this field, and we`ll calculate the `Avg. Runs per Month (the next column).

Avg. Runs/Month:  With the exception of the manually run reports, we already know how many times you average for each report type, based on what you`ve already told us, so you can leave those fields blank.

If, however, you typically have 5 different manually run reports that show up each month, and they are run an average of 20 times a month, please enter the number `20` in the `Avg. Run/Month` field for the manual line.

Avg. File Size (K)/Report:  Some people may feel it`s sufficient to add up the size of all your, say, weekly reports, find the average file size and enter it in this `Avg. File Size (KB)/Report` column.

If, however, you want to see how file size and distribution or `access` can impact usage costs -- you can enter two rows of weekly reports.  Example: If you have 2 weekly reports, and one is always about 456KB (enter 456 in this field) sent to 10 people via email- and the other is always 1.5MB (enter 1,500 in this field), provided to the 3 people via web access  -- you can enter them as separate line items (each on their own row).

Avg. Email Sent/Report:  Similar to Avg. File Size - enter the average number of reports sent out via email, for each report type.

Avg. Web Access/Report:  Similar to Avg. File Size - enter the average number of reports you provide access to via the web, for each report type.

History:  Check this box, if you typically store these reports in history.

Note: This calculator will assume that if you check the history box, you`ve not only stored a single months worth of the report in history -- but in each subsequent month, you will store a month`s worth of history.  When we extrapolate an average months history out to a year, it becomes 12 months of storage; this will be reflected in the comparison table once you enter your data and click the submit button.

Comparison Charges

This table compares each of the pricing plans, that most closely match your usage estimate.   In other words, if you will run your 5 reports, a total of 49 times each month, the usage calculator will calculate your exact usage for the `Pay-As-You-Go` plan and then it will compare those numbers up against the nearest bundle; in this case, the 50 report run bundle that includes 200 email/web `accesses` would be the closest.

We hope this comparison will help you understand more clearly, which pricing plan is best for you.

Please Note:  When comparing the Monthly Pay-As-You-Go plan, to the prepay plans, please keep in mind that the prepay plans include free storage of reports in your report history -- where the pay-as-you-go plan does not.

Further, if you checked the `history` box in the usage calculator for any reports, your monthly usage charges for storage only reflects one month of storage and the yearly cost column assumes you will have kept your archived report for the entire year.
