CRMDocs Is Moving to Live Salesforce Data!
We’re excited to share a major improvement coming to
CRMDocs.
Previously, CRMDocs relied on refreshed metadata.
As Salesforce environments grew larger and more complex, refreshing
all of that information became increasingly time-consuming.
The new CRMDocs changes that.
CRMDocs will now retrieve live data directly from Salesforce
when you need it — eliminating the need to wait for a lengthy
metadata refresh before accessing your documentation.
What does this mean?
|
Live Salesforce data — retrieve the latest
information directly from your org.
|
|
No more lengthy refresh process before viewing
documentation.
|
|
Always current — documentation reflects the
latest Salesforce configuration.
|
|
Retrieve what you need, when you need it
instead of refreshing everything.
|
|
Easier access to Objects, Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts,
Lightning Pages, Flows, Reports, Permission Sets, Users,
security information, and much more.
|
This is a significant architectural change for CRMDocs:
moving from
"refresh everything first”
to
"retrieve it live when requested.”
Less waiting. More current information.
Faster Salesforce documentation.
